Regardless of all my excuses and obstacles (depression, loss, money, time, pregnancy, thyroid disease, migraines, epilepsy, etc) I am now 148lbs (from 217 lbs) and 17% (from 42%) body fat. I never thought I could achieve this but I have, and I have learned SO much on the way. I learned that being healthy and strong not only benefits yourself but benefits the ones that surround you and love you. Something to always remember is you’re never alone in this and to surround yourself with others that believe in you and want the same things, as these will be the people there for you when those excuses/obstacles pop up.
This is a LIFESTYLE change not a quick solution and all things can be overcome. YOU just have to push them away, YOU have to make the mental decision to start, YOU have to go out of your comfort zone and reach for new horizons, and all of this is achievable because YOU CAN do it.
